Membership
Members of the Forum come from various healthcare disciplines. Our members
include physician practice managers, hospital planners and marketers, market
researchers, managed care specialists, healthcare business developers and other
strategic development professionals. Our goal is to provide a forum for
healthcare networking and information sharing.
Many of our members have belonged to the Forum for years. Others are brand
new. Several members have continued their association with the Forum while
moving from job to job within healthcare, always valuing the professional
contacts and information the Forum provides. Our membership roster is being
updated and will be available to view on-line soon.
Why should you join? The Forum strives to sponsor educational opportunities,
with well-known speakers, for professionals at a fraction of the cost of other
professional education sources. The Forum can also provide you with networking
contacts in the strategy development field that may prove invaluable later on in
your career. Finally, the Forum gives you an opportunity to meet people who
might be looking for just the right person for their organization.
All professionals in the healthcare strategy development field are eligible
for membership. Any student currently taking six hours or more in a healthcare
management curriculum at a Kentucky college or university is also eligible for
membership.
Membership fees for 2006 are $60 for
regular members and $15 for students.
