In 1991, the Kentucky Healthcare Strategy Forum
(formally the Kentucky Society for Healthcare Planning and Marketing)
sought to focus its attention on those individuals who have
distinguished themselves through their contribution to the enhancement
of the practices of healthcare planning and marketing.
The Forum honored Mr. Wade Mountz for his outstanding
personal accomplishments with the presentation of the first Annual award
and by dedicating the award in his name.
This award is presented at the Forum's Annual Meeting each year.
